When I first went to see Maria some four months ago, I had itchy excema-like lesions all over my arms and legs. Also my lower legs were swollen and red and leaking fluid occasionally. I was also getting anaphylactic episodes of lip swelling which were quite frightening at first as I didn’t understand what was happening and why. I had to go to A&E several times. Maria was very kind and caring and has helped me a lot. With the acupuncture and herbs she prescribed I am so much better now. The lesions on my arms have gone, my upper legs have only pale marks left and no itching. The swelling and redness on my lower legs and feet have reduced significantly and the skin quality is improving every week. I still have to take anti histamines every day and be careful with my diet, but I am hopeful that eventually with the disappearance of the skin issues, the histamine intolerance will also resolve itself.
Maria is truly a gem and totally dedicated to getting her patients back to good health. She is also most generous with her time and I would recommend her to anyone who does not wish to go down the pharmaceutical route.

Ive had extremely bad period cramps that even prescribed medication wasn’t helping since i was 13 and getting acupuncture has had such a huge impact on removing my cramps !!!!!!! I am extremely scared of needles but Maria is so gentle and understanding that getting acupuncture done is something im completely comfortable doing now! My son ha eczema since he was 3 months old , when I went to the GP the prescribed steroids creams at the beginning it look like it got better but it came back a month after even worst so I decided to try Chinese medicine, MariaSole recommended us this balm that she makes for sensitive skin.
The results took a bit longer than the steroids creams but until now my son hasn’t had it back

I went to see Maria because of a very severe skin condition called topical steroid withdrawal (TSW). It is an inflammatory condition caused by topical steroid use for which the NHS has limited understanding, support or effective treatment. I cannot recommend Maria highly enough. I was at a very low point and she went above and beyond to listen and support me on my journey, explaining clearly what approach she was taking and what I should expect. I felt cared for physically and emotionally, and always treated as an individual. Maria has been wonderful with my mum who is 78 years old and has had both ankle and slipped disc surgery due to sciatica.  Maria has been focused on reducing inflammation in the legs and pin pointing areas of discomfort to ensure the right treatment.   Over the last 6 months or so, my mum has seen reduced inflammation in her legs, better skin and increased energy levels which have helped in her mobility and achieve an improved quality of life. Following extensive knee surgery, Maria treated me holistically to improve my knee functionality and has completely alleviated the pain, swelling and has enabled me to walk without a limp.

I was suffering from a severe anxiety and a sleep apnea.
I stumbled upon this website.
I was kind of desperate, so I thought why not give it a shot since everything else has failed.
To my delightful surprise, I started noticing a massive improvement shortly after few sessions of acupuncture (I bought  the 6 sessions package) along with taking Chinese herbs  (prescribed ).
Maria Sole is the real deal,as a Chinese medicine practioner,  she  impressed me with her deep  knowledge of how to treat different health conditions.
